Refund policy

 

We want you to love your ColorThreadz apparel. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions:


Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in original packaging.
  • Customized or personalized products (e.g., items with custom text, names, colors, graphics, or design modifications made to your specifications).
  • Final sale items (including sale/clearance, special orders, or promotional items) are non-returnable.
  • Intimate apparel, swimwear, and accessories (e.g., hats, socks) are final sale unless defective.

Returns Process

  1. Contact us at support@colorthreadz.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll provide a Return Authorization (RA) number. No returns accepted without RA.
  3. Ship the item back at your expense. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • If the return does not meet our conditions, we may refuse the refund or issue a partial refund.

Exchanges

  • We offer one free size exchange (subject to availability).
  • We’ll ship the new size once we receive your return.
  • Additional exchanges will require a new purchase.

Damaged or Wrong Items

  • If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • We’ll cover return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund.

International Returns

  • International customers are responsible for all return shipping and customs fees. We do not cover duties or taxes.
