Color Threadz Shipping Policy

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after being placed. We ship Monday through Friday. Please note that USPS is currently experiencing delays that may impact shipping times. Color Threadz is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.


Shipping Rates:

- Free shipping on orders over $59 (valid for the contiguous U.S. only).

- A flat rate of $3.95 for all U.S. orders under $59 (contiguous U.S. only).

Please note: The following U.S. territories are excluded from the free shipping on orders over $59 and the $3.95 flat-rate shipping promotion:  

  • American Samoa  
  • Federated States of Micronesia  
  • Guam  
  • Hawaii  
  • Marshall Islands  
  • Northern Mariana Islands  
  • Palau  
  • Puerto Rico  
  • U.S. Virgin Islands  

Shipping rates to these excluded territories will be calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

All domestic orders include a tracking number so you can monitor your package’s delivery status.

Processing & Shipping Times:

- Processing Time: 1–3 business days (does not include shipping time).  

- Shipping Time: 3–8 business days (does not include processing time).  

Please note we do not process or ship orders on weekends or U.S. national holidays.

During peak holiday seasons or storewide sales, processing times may be slightly extended. We work hard to ensure your orders are shipped as quickly as possible.

Additional Information:

- Orders placed on weekends are processed in the order received starting Monday.  

- Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.  

- Color Threadz cannot be held responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.  

- Upgraded shipping fees cannot be refunded if a carrier delay occurs after the package has left our facility.
